Precision, Strategy, Clarity
With foundations built at Milbank LLP and Jones Day, I advise companies, creatives and emerging ventures across spaces where ideas and commerce intersect with technology, media, sports and the arts.
In my previous role as general counsel to an athletics organization, I helped design the governance and legal framework for a new U.S. professional tennis league. Today, I serve as Legal Advisor to the National Queer Theatre, where I work at the intersection of arts, policy, advocacy and cultural strategy.
My approach to legal work mimics a design discipline: precise, intentional and refined. Every contract, negotiation and structure is crafted to elevate the client's vision and support growth with clarity and sophistication.
